A Voice for the Voiceless
Our Mission
Links and Consolidation Networks (LinCoN) is a global organization committed to creating safe havens in welcoming countries for forcibly displaced and oppressed individuals and families. Our mission is to be a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves. Founded in 2017, LinCoN began its work by supporting displaced minority groups from Pakistan who reached out for help. Based in Australia and proudly affiliated with Catholic Social Services, we operate internationally, with strong partnerships in Canada, New Zealand and Pakistan. Resettlement of asylum seekers is at the heart of our efforts to create lasting change. LinCoN believes that once resettled in welcoming countries, equipping displaced individuals with knowledge and skills is essential for rebuilding their lives and contributing to their new communities. Through vocational training programs, language courses, and educational workshops, we empower refugees and displaced families to thrive independently. By fostering self-reliance, we aim to break the cycle of poverty and marginalization, offering hope and opportunity to those who have endured unimaginable hardships.

What we do
Support and Guidance for Forcibly Displaced Individuals – Many victims of oppression feel lost and uncertain about where to seek help. Our primary goal is to ensure they know that assistance is available. We provide them with the guidance and support they need.
Building Collaborative Networks – We connect with victims as well as organizations, institutions, and communities dedicated to helping forcibly displaced individuals. By fostering collaboration, we strengthen efforts to assist these individuals in relocating to welcoming countries and rebuilding their lives.
Fundraising for Rehabilitation – Helping displaced families rebuild their lives comes with significant financial challenges. While we don't directly provide funds to those in countries like Thailand, Malaysia, or Sri Lanka, we raise essential resources to support their settlement in welcoming nations.

Together, we can create a broader network of compassion and solidarity, ensuring that no one facing adversity has to navigate it alone.
Become a Part of Our Team
We are seeking passionate volunteers to join our mission. By dedicating your time and skills, you can make a meaningful impact on the work we do at LinCoN. Whether it’s helping rewrite the stories of asylum seekers, identifying countries that welcome asylum seekers, sharing insights about regions in Australia in need of workers, assisting with fundraising, contributing to publications, or enhancing our website, there are countless ways you can get involved and make a difference. Another key area where volunteers can make a significant contribution is through outreach and advocacy. By spreading awareness about our mission in your local community, organizing events, or engaging with policymakers, you can help amplify the voices of those we serve and inspire others to join the cause. Your efforts in building connections and fostering understanding will be instrumental in driving positive change on a larger scale.
Support Our Mission
Inform your family and friends about the oppression of minorities in Pakistan due to the Blasphemy Laws. These laws have led to some individuals being lynched by militants, while others are forced to flee to other countries to seek asylum. Share our brochure with them, introduce them to our website, and organize orientation and support forums.

"Thank you for sending me the LinCon newsletter. It is the first time I have seen it and come to know about the work for Christian refugees. I would like to know more about the work of LinCon. Please keep in touch. I want to know more."
Cardinal Joe Coutts
"It was great to read that LinCoN helps asylum seekers relocate to a welcoming country. Fr Arnold is dedicated to relocating them. I liked the connection between Jesus' resurrection and their ardent prayer that they too ‘may break forth from the ‘tombs’ they are in."
